Macy’s at Naples Coastland Center will host renowned celebrity chef and Macy’s Culinary Council member, Emeril Lagasse for a live cooking demonstration and book signing.
Emeril Lagasse is the chef/proprietor of thirteen restaurants across the country including Emeril’s Orlando and Emeril’s Tchoup Chop at Universal Orlando, and Emeril’s Miami Beach at Loews Miami Beach Hotel. He is a national TV personality and has hosted over 1,500 episodes of his shows Essence of Emeril and Emeril Live on the Food Network; food correspondent for ABC’s Good Morning America; and host of Emeril Green on Discovery’s Planet Green.
Chef Emeril will give a cooking demonstration along with Jason Glus, Chef de Cuisine of Emeril’s Orlando, as sous chef. He will also be signing copies of his latest cookbook, Emeril 20-40-60: Fresh Food Fast purchased at Macy’s ta saucier.
