The Greek’s call it Gnosis (no-sis): “subjective, non-rational, non verbal, feeling tinged expressible through poetry, images, metaphor, music and is often unproveable by it’s nature”.

This uncanny, intuitive quality, especially in women, can be a very powerful ally.

Imagine developing that a lot more in business, where you just go with what you know could be a great idea, hire, or approach that is just right or could just work. Trusting your guts is usually right.

Emotional Intelligence? YES!
EQ is being relied on much more today than IQ.
Why?

Because the workplace takes a lot more emotional labor and energy and not everyone has that ability. Companies and HR are looking at things like how resilient and flexible a person is in a consistently changing work environment. How well do people flow with and make the very best of a shifting, changing work environment?

In today’s fast paced, noisy and technological world, it would serves us all well to find more time to be quiet, so that we can tap into our Gnosis that all of us already have!  The universe speaks loud and clear every day through people, art, music, circumstance.

Sometimes just stepping back from a situation and trying to look at it from the outside in, or through another’s eyes can be quite a revelation.

I know for me it has been the one quality I have counted on to help me transition, shift and keep going in both life and business!
