I came across another compelling article about the generations in the workplace. To continue the theme of my last post introducing you to The Age Curve Newsletter, and Ken Gronbach’s, The Age Curve, here is a wonderful article from Harvard Business Publishing by Jeanne C Meister and Karie Willyerd, “Are You Ready to Manage Five Generations of Workers?. Introducing Gen 2020!
This translates into a social phenomenon not yet witnessed: five generations are about to be working side by side.
They include:
•Traditionalists, born prior to 1946
•Baby Boomers, born between 1946 and 1964
•Gen X, born between 1965 and 1976
•Millennials, born between 1977 and 1997
•Gen 2020, born after 1997
