Within seconds you know…

…whether the person you just met is interesting, annoying, or just plain easy to get along with.

Taking a moment and thinking about what attracts people to each other, a few traits usually rise to top:

• Genuine – Down to earth, true to your word.
• Giving – Providing information relating to you, and perhaps, what you do, in abundance that truly helps who you’re talking to.
• Kind – Being positive, helpful, and showing you care for the person you’re talking to, and their family and friends as well!

One of most important concepts I like to review with my clients is helping them find (and be!) their true self, and then working with them to not be afraid to let it show!

Letting your true self show can be an absolutely amazing and incredibly fulfilling experience, for example:

• Personally, you’ll find much more fulfillment out of ‘living in the moment’, and truly being with the person, or people you’re around. Some people refer to this as having ‘quality time’. You’ll see how those distractions that used to preoccupy your mind will float away, helping you really enjoy each and every moment, and person, your life has to offer.

• In business, you’ll find that being of an abundant mindset will bring you all sorts of new opportunities. What works today is “giving, giving, giving”, and if you’re genuine in doing so, you’ll automatically “receive”. It’s just the way it works!

• You may connect with the causes, or charities, in your community that really mean something to you! (Incidentally, you’ll know what those are when you read through their information and you’re brought to tears.) You may decide you want to volunteer, or help out – you’ll find incredible fulfillment doing so because what you’re doing is in alignment with your true self.

Remember, the uniqueness you bring to this world is you! And if you’re looking to attract others like you, you need to let it show!
