Define, Create, Execute
Seems like these times are making people and businesses frenetic, with unchartered waters and paradigm shifts in trends, conditions and mindset.
Now that we are about 24 months into living it, I’m seeing a better acceptance of our “radical reality”.
Instead of doing things you think you should be doing, create a “BIG Picture” blueprint. This about defining your vision, creating the plan of what you need to be doing, then committing to practicing flawless execution.
Consider answering these questons:
Are my products and services still relevant?
Do they serve my niche?
Do I know my customers, the market, my competition?
What is the best marketing and networking plan for me?
What is my sales strategy for this year?
There are many pieces that drive the BIG Picture and the fundamentals are the foundation.
passion and purpose
a solid business structure
a marketable product
a marketing and sales plan and strategy
great time management and organiztion
Start 2010 with a 6 month plan. Write down your S.MA.R.T Goals and your vision and make sure the all the pieces are in place and fit. If you are not sure about how to do this, seek out business counseling and mentors to help you. Invest in yourself and your business.
